The Carleton Place Public Library is inviting community-minded residents to consider applying for a position on the Library Board. As a Board member, you’ll have an opportunity to help guide the library’s future, support valuable community services, and ensure our library continues to be a welcoming place for learning, discovery, and connection.
Library Board members play an important role in setting the library’s strategic direction, developing policies, and advocating for the resources and services that help our community thrive. You don’t need to be a library expert — just bring your ideas, your enthusiasm, and an interest in serving your community!
If you’re passionate about literacy, lifelong learning, community engagement, or the important role public libraries play in our lives, we’d love to hear from you.
