The Carleton Place Public Library will be closed for a few days during the holiday season so please mark your calendars.
We will extend due dates for all items while we’re closed and since most items are now fine-free, you can rest easy that this holiday season will cost you a little less. (Please note that the exceptions are experience passes for places like museums, the local pool and hockey passes, and Interlibrary Loans–please make sure to confirm your due dates for these on our website or when you are taking them out of the library. Fines will still be charged for all of these items if they are overdue.)
Don’t forget, you can still access our digital library through Hoopla and Libby while we’re closed and all you need is your library card and PIN. Download great options like eBooks and audiobooks, music, movies and magazines to watch while you’re visiting Grandma or taking that long road trip–there’s something for everyone in the family!
