Important info about our passes
- Provided first-come, first-served.
- Please be kind and return your passes on or before their due dates.
- No holds or renewals.
- Each institution and park has different admission procedures. Make sure to check before you visit.
Carleton Place Public Library is proud to offer passes to the following area attractions:
Parks
Ontario Provincial Parks (parking pass)
Mississippi Valley Conservation Areas (parking pass)
Rideau Valley Conservation Areas (parking pass)
Gatineau Park Winter Ski Trail Pass (available December-March)
Museums
Canadian Museum of Nature – use the pass to reserve your ticket by phone (613-566-4700) or email at least 24 hours in advance.
National Gallery of Canada – please call 1-800-319-2787 in advance to book a visit.
Canadian Museum of History and Canadian War Museum (one pass) – everyone visiting these museums requires a timed ticket, regardless of age. Call 1-800-555-5621 to make a reservation. If you have not booked in advance, or prefer to book in person, admission will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Other
Carleton Place Aquatic Centre – Senior Swim and Family Swim Passes. Please be sure to review all pool admission requirements before visiting, particularly if you are attending with children aged 10 and under.
Carleton Place Canadians – Individual passes to all regular season games at the Carleton Place arena. Each pass allows admission to one adult age 13+. Find the CP Canadians home schedule here.

Details
- Passes can be loaned for four days. Late fines are $5.00/day. No holds or renewals are permitted on passes.
- Museum passes provide regular admission for a family of five, with a maximum of two to three adults, depending on the pass. Special exhibits and parking fees may not be included with the pass.
- Gatineau Park Winter Ski Trail Passes provide access for one adult (age 13 and over).
- Ontario Provincial Park and Conservation Area passes must be prominently displayed on your vehicle dashboard.
