The Thanksgiving weekend is upon us and this is just a reminder that the Carleton Place Public Library will be closed on Monday, October 9, 2023.
If you need to pick up books, audiobooks, magazines, DVDs, puzzles or museum passes for your long weekend plans, the library will be open regular hours on Saturday, Oct. 7 from 10am – 5:30pm. Returns can be made to the blue box on the front steps of the library after hours or at the front desk when the library is open.
Don’t forget–you still have 24/7 access to our digital apps such as Libby and Hoopla even when we’re closed. If you need your library card number or PIN to set up your account, please drop by or give us a call and we can help you get started. There are lots of great ebooks, audiobooks, music and movies available to download for free with your library card so why not take advantage this weekend?
