It’s here–our Summer Program Calendar for 2023!!
We have lots of fun things planned for summer including tons of drop ins for all ages, special events like a Magic Show, and a series of Robotics workshops at the end of summer. If you sign up for an event and can’t make it, please let us know so we can offer the space to someone else! You can download your own July calendar here, and the August calendar here.

DROP IN PROGRAMS:
Many of our programs are just casual drop ins—come anytime during the session and leave whenever you want. Parents should plan on staying in the library during the drop-in sessions as they are mostly unsupervised and not designed for long participation. While we’ll have lots for the kids to do during drop-in sessions, they may only want to participate in one or two activities and then want to leave. And just a reminder, our library policy states that children under the age of 8 must have a parent in the library with them at all times.
REGISTRATION PROGRAMS:
Please make note of the programs that are age specific and require registration. Registration for these will take place THE WEEK BEFORE the program only. Please see our social media or website to register, or ask at the front desk to be added. All programs are designed with the median age in mind so we will be strict with age requirements to allow everyone to have fun.
MAGIC SHOW:
Tickets will be available for the Magic Show starting Tuesday, June 20th at the library for $3 each–children and parents. (Babes in arms are free.) CASH ONLY PLEASE.
ROBOTICS WORKSHOPS:
Registration is free for these fun LEGO Robotics workshops. No coding experience is required and kids can sign up for each of the 3 events–but only once. Registration for these will begin AUGUST 8th online and in the library.
QUEER SPHERE CRAFTING CIRCLE:
No registration required–bring a craft, an ally, or just yourself to these weekly sessions on Wednesdays from 2-3:30pm, ages 12-16, please.
JURASSIC JUNIORS:
Does your little one love dinosaurs? Join us on Wednesdays at 1:30pm for lots of dino fun—ages 1-3.
Don’t forget our Summer Reading Library Lemonade Stand Kick Off on Thursday, June 29 from 1-3pm!
