Thanks to a new partnership with Community Access to Ventilation Information (CAVI), you now have access to carbon dioxide monitors at your library!
Ventilation and carbon dioxide (CO2) measurements are two of many precautions that can be taken to protect yourself and your community from airborne infections. Comparing indoor CO2 readings to the baseline outdoors can give us an idea of how well a space is ventilated with fresh air.
These cool little devices measure CO2 level, temperature, relative humidity and atmospheric pressure. If you decide to download and connect to the app, you can see your 7-day historical data to help identify patterns in your space. Monitors can be checked out for seven days with your library card.
